The Waxing Tape Production Line consists of the production of waxing tape that has passed the necessary certificates for end-use with the help of decoiler-tow-cutter processes using paper and resin raw materials, and subsequent packaging processes.
The most important issues in these machines are; applying the right amount of resin according to the prescription data, perforating and cutting rotations at the right angle and synchronous speed, edge control of the upper and lower fabric, automatic coil changing and coil angle calculation. On the packaging side, single- triple and quintuple packaging options are also offered depending on the product.
