1. To Türk Telekomünikasyon Anonim Şirketi and Türk Telekomünikasyon Group Companies,
2. To the companies and representatives that we have authorized, acting on behalf of our Company,
3. Regulatory and inspector institutions and public authorities that authorized to request personal data in law,
4. Within the scope of the stated purposes, to business partners, supplier and contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions and other real or legal persons,
5. To tax and similar consultants, to the compulsory persons, public institutions, authorities and third parties, we receive consultancy including audits and business partners, third-party service providers for the purposes mentioned above.

EMEA stores the personal data in question during the period required by the processing purposes specified in this information text and by taking into account the statute of limitations specified in the Law and other legal legislations.

You can always contact EMEA for information about the following issues within the scope of the Law;

1. To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
2. To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is convenient for the purpose or not, 
3. To know who the personal data are transferred to,
4. In case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request correction and to request the erasure of personal data if the conditions have been fulfilled and to request notification of the transaction performed within this scope to the parties who is the personal data has been transferred,
5. To object to the detriment of a result against yourself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
6. To claim the damage if it is caused due to unlawfully processing,
7. Even though personal data have been processed following the Law, requesting the erasure or destruction of personal data in case the reasons for processing disappear.

You can send your applications and Data Subject Application Form regarding your mentioned rights via notary or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board or send them to ‘’info@emea.com.tr’’. Your request will be answered as soon as possible within thirty (30) days at the latest by the Law. However, in case the transaction requires a separate cost, EMEA reserves the right to demand a fee on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board by the Law.
